Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your Ilogear purchase! Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dancewear and excellent value to customer. Ilogear fully guarantees all of our products against any manufacturing defects, such as a suspected defect in the workmanship or in the materials used. 

  • We do not offer REFUNDS. We will gladly offer an Exchange or Store Credit within 14 days if items are returned unused, in new condition accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.

  • Our Company reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters concerning your exchange or return.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • There are NO Refunds or Exchanges on any custom orders that were previously approved via a drawing, sketches, swatches, or actual samples. This includes Custom Color orders from our website.

  • ALL Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Shipping Returns/Exchanges:

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
